Fry’s – FREE Sunny D Smoothie, Crest Toothpaste, and Oral B Toothbrush

Sorry for the late notice on this one…I was in Canada last week on Holiday, cooling off a bit from the Phoenix heat.  I just got back from Fry’s and got an amazing deal.  They are still having the 10 Item Mega Event….and I was able to get quite  few things for free outside of the event as well.  This 10 Item Mega Event only runs through tomorrow night, (as the new ad kicks in on Wednesday)….so hurry and pick this stuff up!

Sunny D Smoothie Punch – When you buy 10 of the promo items, this is only $0.89.  The coupon is for $0.55–which doubles up to $1.00.  It’s located in Week V (Week 22) of the SmartSource Insert.  There are also two more coupons…both are located in the “All You” Magazine, Weeks T and Z (Weeks 20 and 26 respectively).  Pick up one…or three!
Yoplait Fiber One Yogurt– This one is a tricky freebie.  These are on also sale with the 10 Item Mega Event for $1.99.  There is currently a coupon on Clikfire.com for $1.00 when you load it to your Fry’s card.  There is also a coupon in Week B (Week 28) of the SmartSource Insert for $1.00..making this FREE. 
****There are also SEVERAL internet coupons for this item during Week B as well…I believe they came from coupons.com.  You can only use the Clikfire coupon stacked on top of the manufacturer’s coupon once…but paying only $0.99 cents for additional yogurt 4-packs is still a great deal if you have the internet coupons!
Crest Cavity Fighting Toothpaste – These are on sale for $1.00…they are NOT a part of the 10 item mega event.  However, they are still free when you use Coupons from Weeks W and A (Weeks 22 and 27) of the Proctor and Gamble Inserts.  Coup’s are worth $0.75 and $0.50….doubling up to $1.00 making these FREE.
Oral B Indicator Toothbrush – These are on sale for $1.00 as well…they are NOT a part of the 10 Item Mega Event either, but they are still FREE.  Coupon IS for $1.00 is in Week A (Week 27) of the P&G Insert.

If you’re searching for a few cheap extras that will get you to your 10 items, consider these:

Quaker Quakes- The price is only $0.49 when you put them towards your 10 items.  No coupon, but other than free, these are as cheap as they come.  The caramel flavor is absolutely OUTSTANDING, and my second favorite is the Apple/Cinnamon. 
Arrowhead Water – Gallon– The price is only $0.49 as well..no coupon, but for a gallon of Arrowhead Spring Water, this is the cheapest I’ve ever seen it!!
Kraft or Sargento Shredded Cheese –  The 10 item mega price is only $1.39.  Choose from Mozzarella, Chedder or Blends…great deal on these too.

Albertsons, Jewel – FREE French’s Mustard, Worcestershire, Chex Mix, Betty Crocker Frosting, Kraft BBQ Sauce, and more!

Sorry for the late week post, but I wanted to make sure that this transaction actually worked before I posted it.  Are you ready for this?  Albertsons, Jewel, SuperValu, Acme are having a huge sale this week.  When you “Buy 10 Participating Items”, you get a $5.00 credit on your grocery bill, which allows this transaction to happen.   It automatically shows up when you buy the 10 items in one transaction.  This deal is only good through this coming Tuesday, 6/30.  Get all this for free in one transaction.  Before you leave, make sure that these get multiplied up to $1.00, as they are Quadrupling Sunday Insert Coupons this week.  You will have to pay tax, however, if any–keep that in mind.  🙂

FREE Kraft BBQ Sauce and WackyMac Pasta

Kraft Barbecue Sauce  It’s currently on sale for $0.75.  Coupon for $1.00 is in Week S (Week # 19) of our internet coupon batches.  If you go to http://www.coupons.com or http://www.boodle.com (same company), you can print internet coupons of your choice off the internet–every single week.  You should do this every Sunday or Monday, and keep them in a weekly binder labled A-Z for the first 26 weeks of the year….along with your newspaper coupon inserts every week, as they are alpha labeled.   (Yes…I’m giving away some of the secrets from my book).  

Anyhow..you’ll make a whopping $0.25 on this transaction, so be sure to use that money toward something else, if you like, as you can’t take the quarter home with you.  🙂

Depending on what part of the country you’re in will depend on which of the above stores you’ll visit for these freebies.  I think I mentioned a few of these coupons before, so if you used the coupons, you’re SOL on those items, but most of them are new items on sale to head out and grab!

Doublemint, Big Red, JuicyFruit, Wrigley’s Spearmint or Winterfresh Slim Gum– Get your free pack of gum by clipping the coupon found in Week K (Week 11), SmartSource insert.  The coupon is good for up to $1.19 for a pack, and the sale/retail price is $1.19, making it FREE. 

Glaceau VitaminWater — This is also on sale this week at Walgreen’s and Fry’s, but since you’re heading to Safeway, add it to your list.  Price in the store is $0.88.  Coupon is for $1.00, making it FREE.  The Dragon-something-or-other flavor is my favorite.  Mighty tasty.  Coupon location is Week N (Week 14) right on the inside of the first page.

Kraft Salad Dressingis FREE this week.  Sale price is $1.34, and coupon is $1.50, making it FREE.  Coupon location is Week S (Week 19), SmartSource Insert…first or second page in.   If you use this coupon for the Kraft Salad Dressing at Albertson’s, you’ll pay $0.17…get it here for FREE.

Hello all!  Looks like another BANNER week for free stuff!  It’s about time as the last few weeks were pretty lame, so I’m excited to keep up with the blog this week and share the great deals!  It’s TRIPLE coupon week at Albertson’s/Jewel/Kroger this week (tripled up to $1.00), so here’s what’s FREE and “almost free” this week.

Kraft BBQ Sauce–Pick up two of these this week with coupons in your archives.  Week R (Week 18), SmartSource Insert.  The sauce is on sale for $1.00 and since the $0.35 is tripled, it’s FREE.  The other $0.35 coupon is from Week S (Week 19), from http://www.coupons.com.  If you don’t print out online coupons, now is the time to start.  Go to the site above, register, and print out every week.

Bar-S Jumbo Hot Dogs are only $0.09 after your coupon.  The coupon is in Week S (Week 19), of the RedPlum Insert and is $1.00 off two packages.  They are priced at $0.59 each, so both packages will cost you $0.18 when it’s all said and done!

Kraft Salad Dressing– Clip the $1.50 coupon in the Week S (Week 19), SmartSource Insert.  The sale price is $1.67, so with the coupon, your total is only $0.17!
